The Art Within Journey
Over the years I have developed a creative practice that has been a huge part of my personal self care. I have learned so much about myself along the way. I have broken my practice down into twelve topics designed as a guide to help you awaken your own creative energy. I call this the Art Within Journey, because I know that creativity lives within each of us! I invite you to join the journey to awaken your creative spirit! It is FREE to join. I designed the journey to correspond with a full year, but once you sign up you will receive access to all 12 topics, so you can choose your own pace. These topics correspond to the optional companion journal that I created which is available to purchase on Amazon. The journal is not dated so you can start whenever you like without missing pages!
