

This workbook is designed to be a gentle guide to walk you through a full year of Creative Self-Care. Each month features a different theme and reflection prompt to loosely guide your practice. Set your goals or focus for the month. I love to use Tarot Journaling for this but this space also works well for setting SMART goals. Next each week offers space for short and sweet daily check ins, perfect for a daily gratitude practice! Journal pages are scattered throughout each month which can be used for both visual and written reflections based on the month’s theme/prompt. As a fun bonus there is space in the very beginning to create your vision board plus a year end reflection to wrap up your experience!

I use this workbook every day to keep myself focused and on track! It is not dated so you can start using it at any point throughout the year, there is no need to wait for January! I have kept all of the reflection spaces short and sweet because I know I don’t have time to write a novel. I created this planner out of necessity for myself, but I am excited to share it with you!
