Q:What is a Creative Self-Care planner?
A: Creative self-care is all about you! This planner is designed to tap into your inner creativity and help with self-discovery in your day to day life through daily planning, reflecting, and written/art journal prompts. All prompts are accessible to the creatively curious weather you are an experienced creative or just starting out.

This planner is what I use to keep myself focused and on track! It is not dated so you can start using it at any point throughout the year without “wasting” pages. Space is provided each month/week for both goal setting and short reflections. I know I don’t have time to write a novel each week, but it is helpful to have space to jot down a sentence or two as a small check in! I created this planner out of necessity for myself, but I am excited to share it with you!
